Refund Policy for Bigdata.com

1. General Policy

No Refunds: Payments made to Bigdata.com are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees paid for subscriptions, services, and any other charges, except as outlined below.

2. Refunds in Case of Termination by Bigdata.com

1. Without Cause: If Bigdata.com terminates your subscription without cause and provides at least 30 days' notice, you are eligible for a prorated refund of any prepaid fees corresponding to the unused portion of your subscription term.
2. With Cause: If Bigdata.com terminates your subscription with cause no refund will be issued.

3. Overcharges or Errors

1. Correction of Errors: If a billing error occurs, Bigdata.com reserves the right to correct the error even after payment has been processed. If you are overcharged, Bigdata.com will refund the overpaid amount or provide you with credits for Bigdata.com Services.
2. Dispute of Fees: If you believe there is an error in the fees charged, you must contact Bigdata.com at ar@bigdata.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds or adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After 30 days, all fees will be deemed accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Customer

No Refund for Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription, including any prepaid fees.

5. Refund Process

1. Refund Method: Any eligible refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by Bigdata.com and the customer.
2. Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of Bigdata.com's agreement to issue the refund.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Special Services: Certain services or promotions may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of purchase. These terms will be clearly communicated to you before payment.
